Hosting and processors

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). Hosting involves processing of technical access data (IP address, browser type, access time) required for secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place.

When you submit your email via the newsletter form, it is stored in our Notion database (Notion Labs, Inc., 500 Sansome Street, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA) for the purpose of providing the requested content and follow-up contact (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Transfers to processors in the United States are based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
